The Chicago Hotel Collection Magnificent Mile

Had a good stay for two nights, loved staff and location. The room met needs well, large with a great view. Everything seemed nice, clean.

Cozy accommodation with perfect setting right by most tourist attractions, the Museum campus. The property is based in the middle of the town.

The venue was always fairly clean, had great staff and location. Loved its restaurant for breakfast, nice bonus, especially when it's cold outside. This was my absolutely amazing stay in our room.

Stunningly beautiful hotel in a nice little area just off many high end stores such as Tiffany's and The Magnificent Mile, which was loaded with shopping stores.

Comfy location, excellent service and great food. We stayed in a king room and loved a huge bathroom. There was a good restaurant and an enthusiastic staff. It was a very relaxing stay, you could leave a car nearby.

Awesome staff, the room was fully functional and I loved super location. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as pancakes, bakery, hot waffles and cereals. Absolutely breathtaking view, a big balcony, good bed, too. The smooth check-in too. There were stores and boutiques around the hotel. Attentive service within 16 miles of the airport.

Actually everything was excellent, you're dope! Modern hotel, the staff was CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS, excellent service. We got compact room, nevertheless the view was not so great. Nice garden and amazing pool.

Fairly clean hotel, loved to be close to The Magnificent Mile, which was loaded with shopping stores, the Children's hospital thanks to ideal location. The decor was comfortable, the room was well-appointed. The staff was attentive and efficient, offered goodservices.

The hotel was tidy, service was special. We had a soundproof and inviting room. The staff was brilliant with advice and suggestions. Very central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an art museum. Pool was great and beds were lovely.

Neat hotel, very attentive personnel, fantastic breakfast. Chic style property with comfortable furniture in the rooms. Personal bathroom was tiled.

First class location and people, I loved this wonderful relaxing hotel. The breakfast had plenty of options and included bakery, hot waffles and cereal. The bedroom was spacious, and the bed was big. The pool was nice and the views were wonderful. Plus their wifi was stable.

Came in Chicago to relax and have fun, this hotel was decent place for doing it. We stayed in a king suite with a couch bed and a separate seating area. This venue is equal to 4 stars.

shanghai terrace is set 400 feet away from the property. we greatly enjoyed location and the food.

The location was good, with The Windsor nearby. We appreciated the room, it was large. This accommodation had a central setting.
